An unusual way of cooking liver. By pre-treatment with boiling water, the liver takes the bitterness, and significantly reduced cooking time.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

The liver to rinse in cold water. To remove the tape. To shift into a deep bowl and pour boiling water for 15 min.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add the chopped small pieces of liver, sprinkle with flour. Fry, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. add Salt and season to taste.

Serve with your favourite side dish. Bon appetit!
