Macaroni and cheese
Came across this simple recipe online. Fans of pasta and cheese dedicated!! Minimum ingredients with maximum taste! Macaroni in light cheese cream sauce!


  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Cheese

    50 g


Pour into the pan water and milk. Fill pasta. I have a small Mini Penne Rigato. And put on the fire. Cook as much as indicated on the package of pasta. I have 5 minutes after boiling.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. The cheese can be any of: Russian, sour-cream, butter. Fill the cheese into the pan.
Stir. Once cheese is melted, remove from heat. Turns out this thick, viscous sauce. At this point, the dish can be salt, be guided by the taste of the cheese. I salt was not needed.
Spread in unit-dose forms or in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with shaved cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Served hot.
