Dill sauce
Super additive for many dishes! Prepares quickly and easily. Now, while dill young and green as the time for its preparation. So I share a favorite sauce recipe that can be stored for long periods in the refrigerator. Good as an additive to vegetable and meat dishes, as seasoning for soups and salads. Also very tasty with baked fish.


  • Dill

    2 coup

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Salt


To start, cut the dill. Usually I take about 2 cups of already chopped dill.
Cut the garlic. You can not very finely. Add the lemon zest, then squeeze out the lemon juice. Salted and add olive oil.
Mix and whisk it with a blender.
All. Ready. Spread in a jar and in the fridge. Of this number, I get 250 ml of sauce. Try it - it's a delicious additive to various dishes. Bon appetit!
