Mayonnaise cheese
Swiss recipe. Very pleasant and original taste. As I am a supporter of homemade sauce mayonnaise, so I know a lot of its variations - I want to share with you!


  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt


Cottage cheese (my home) to connect with milk and egg yolk. Mix thoroughly.
Slowly pour in the olive oil, stirring constantly. When making mayonnaise mixture must be carefully stirred and not beaten, I do it with a whisk. If the blender or mixer is used, it is necessary to stir slowly and in one direction.
Add the mustard and salt, squeeze 1/2 tsp lemon juice, (mustard I have no additives - I tried mustard with horseradish is also excellent). Mix thoroughly.
Ideally, grind the resulting mass through a fine sieve for a more smooth consistency, if the cheese is not grainy, you can skip this step.
Of course, you can add the ingredients to your liking! I gave the example is the Swiss variant of curd mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
