Dip potatoes in the Palestinian
Very tasty and spicy dip, especially tasty with fresh bread. More like pate a pasting, but the Palestinians call it sauce.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Here are the products we need. Potatoes and boil the egg.

Egg finely chop.

Also finely chop the garlic and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and crush with a fork. Mix all the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour lemon juice and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
