Soft cake
To prepare tender and delicious biscuit - not a simple one. It is known that the major role is played by the eggs which have been well and properly to mix. But do you know what a gentle, wonderful, delicious sponge cake can be prepared without eggs? Pleasure to present to you another miracle of Indian cuisine - soft cake "On the menu" without eggs!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Baking powder

    3 tsp

So, first let's prepare butter, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.

Mix these ingredients in the specified proportions

And whisk well with a mixer, blender or with a spoon until a homogeneous white and foamy.

Pour this mixture into the flour mixed with baking powder, add milk and whisk the batter with a spoon for one minute.

Prepare form. Grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour. Use 2 round shape with a diameter of 25cm or one scoop. I baked a small amount, so used a small mould in the shape of a heart.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan (form) and bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the cakes from the oven and allow to cool.
