Creamy soup for cold days
Soup of of three very very tasty, very quick, very simple! Delicate, creamy - creamy soup with pieces of fish, millet and greens - that's what's missing in the dank winter day! It is very light and yet hearty, wheat turns into a cream base and makes a wonderful addition to soup.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 pack

  • Canned fish

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

In a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water and put on fire. In another saucepan boil a package of millet

Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and throw into boiling water, boil for 15 minutes, add cream cheese, stir

Add the prepared millet, previously tapping out it from a bag

Taste for salt, add and place the fish, after removing the bones and strain for another 5 minutes cooking, add the chopped herbs, put the butter, cover with a lid, turn off heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
