Beef Stroganoff from the liver
Beef Stroganoff in 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Liver wash, remove the membranes and veins, cut into lengthwise wedges. Onion cut into half rings. The liver season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sugar and spices.

Fry in a heated pan (WITHOUT oil!) 4 minutes, stirring constantly

Add the butter, onions and sauté 4 minutes, not forgetting to stir

Sprinkle with flour, stir and fry for 2 minutes

Pour sour cream, if sour cream is thick, then add little water, cover and simmer over low heat for 4-5 minutes.

15 minutes and the dish is ready! When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Bon appetit!
