Description

Tincture of red currants or raspberries
Originally a recipe from the "school of Gastronome", it was called "infused red currant". I follow this recipe and made a tincture with many berries, red apples and even mint. But most of all I like raspberries and red currant. Very beautiful kalhúa in it is obtained with a pronounced berry taste. Very simple to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Berry

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vodka

    500 ml

Cooking

step-0
Currant berries taken from the branches, wash and allow to dry. And put them in a bottle of 0.7 or 1 liter capacity.
step-1
Pour on top of sugar. Easier to do it through a funnel.
step-2
With raspberries the same thing. It is not necessary to wash, just to touch. And use only good berries.
step-3
Pour in the bottle of vodka. And shake well.
step-4
And leave in a dark place for 2 weeks. Periodically shake that sugar is dissolved. After 2 weeks the tincture will become such that the rich color.
step-5
Now it can only drain. I filtered just before serving. She kept long, in a dark place where not very hot.
step-6
It I have raspberry.
step-7
And this is currant.
step-8
But this is an experiment - instead of berry tried to make an Apple brandy. To be honest, the idea is not mine - it offered a very pleasant girl under the name Gyperekstenzia. So, I apples rubbed on a large grater in a quart jar (to the brim, almost). I had a red Apple, so they give such beautiful color. The amount of vodka and sugar to the recipe. Even added a bit of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and a little citric acid. But it's all on the fan. It turned out delicious! An explicit taste of apples, because interrupt spices. Ie if I want the taste of apples, spices, or not added, or, low. If you want spicy, interesting taste - it is also a space for creativity! Gyperekstenzia thank you very much for such a wonderful idea based on my recipe, I will be using! I hope this lovely girl liqueur-a liqueur like it too!
