Marshmallow Lemon
Very tasty dessert, more like a souffle, with the scent of lemon and vanilla. You can just eat, and you can make this marshmallow prosloechki in cakes and pastries.


  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Jelly

    50 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Citric acid

  • Gelatin

    15 g


Here is a dry jelly I had. But with any other flavor which you like.
Soak gelatine in 100 ml of cold boiled water for swelling.
Mix the sugar and dry jello, pour 100 ml of boiling water and stir well until dissolved. Swollen gelatin to warm up on fire, but not boil, and pour in the lemon-sugar liquid, stir. Beat with a mixer for 15 minutes.
Minutes 5-7 will form a thick foam.
After 15 minutes, add citric acid and beat another 5 minutes.
With every minute, while preparing the dessert, the mass will become lighter and more luxuriant.
Ready to pour the mass into a form covered with baking paper. Put on 3-4 hours in the cold. I left for the night.
Get ready souffle, sprinkle it with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla, and turn on a sheet of paper, also sprinkled with powder sugar.
Remove the paper and cut our dessert into cubes. The knife is pre-lubricated with vegetable oil odourless.
Tasty, tender and lemon smell! You can eat so, but for storage it is necessary for every dice roll in powdered sugar and dry at room temperature.
