Caramel cake
Easy to prepare cake resembling ice-cream creme brulee.

For the base of the cake, prepare the cake. Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar for 7-10 minutes, add the flour, vanilla, mix gently with a kitchen spatula.

To the cream add the condensed milk, cook on low heat until complete dissolution of condensed milk. At this time, soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. The swollen gelatin, bring to boil, do not boil! Add to the cooked cream. Give the cream to cool. Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes until fluffy foam.
Return our biscuit form. Fill with cream. Put in the cold for several hours (preferably overnight).
