Description

Coffee turinski
Bicerin (Bicerin) - a traditional Italian drink native to Turin. Preparing since the 18th century, and has become widely popular thanks to Alexander Dumas in the middle of the 19th century. To describe the taste quality, it makes no sense... I think you'll understand after seeing the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    90 g

  • Coffee natural

    200 ml

  • Cream

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan heat the milk and chopped chocolate, whisking constantly.
step-1
Bring to a boil and let simmer for another minute, still whisking. Remove from heat. Boil approximately 200 ml strong coffee (espresso).
step-2
Transparent glass fill with chocolate mixture to 1/3.
step-3
The second third of the glass carefully fill coffee. Below the layers is smooth, pour coffee on the edge or on the outside of the spoon.
step-4
The third layer is whipped cream. In my own experience I know that the cream is better to whip yourself, and not use the ones that are sold in the container. Optionally garnish with chocolate shavings.
