1. Cut the baguette (I love bran) and dried it in the oven. Each piece is lightly rubbed with garlic.
2. Also cut slices of tomatoes, cheese and sausage.
3. Each piece of baguette, lubricated with mayonnaise and laid on a baking sheet. (The hostess, who taught me this method, instead of mayonnaise used butter)
4. Next, put a slice of tomato and sausage.
5. Cover with cheese, decorate with parsley.
6. Bake in the oven for about five minutes until the "float" cheese.
