The orange marmalade
Love orange marmalade! In just cakes and tea, delicious with cheese. This is the best I have tried!!! Doing for several years - always goes with a Bang! Maybe someone come in handy? The recipe is from the book "Little lessons Cuisine of Provence" with slight modifications. This taaaaaaaaak delicious!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    1 kg

  • Water

    1.25 l

  • Sugar

    1 kg

Oranges wash add to the pot - it is desirable that the oranges tightly lay each other to Fill with water
