I want to share my favorite and trusted recipe preserve the flavor and color of fresh herbs. It is sooo convenient, the recipe no salt and freeze nothing. In General, open the jar, and there..... summer!

Ingredients

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Cilantro

  • Basil

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Greens wash and dry on a towel.

Grind in a blender or finely chop with a knife.

Emerald shift the mixture in a dry jar to the "coat hanger" and cover with oil. Mix gently so that the oil leaked to the bottom of the jar.

Store in the refrigerator on the coldest shelf.
