Beef with beans and peppers
We present You the recipe for the Mexican dish "chili con carne" is a delicious beef with baked beans and chili. The dish is not very spicy, but very tasty :))

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Beans

    350 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Dark chocolate

    5 g

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

As small as you can slice the beef.

Small cubes cut the onion.

Very finely chop hot pepper.

Small cubes cut the peppers.

Grind the garlic with a knife or press.

10 minutes fry in vegetable oil beef and add onion.

Fry onion for 5 minutes and add tomatoes.

Also after 5 minutes add the sweet and bitter pepper, simmer 3 minutes.

Add cumin, oregano, black pepper and salt. Stir.

Add kidney beans, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
