Snack
Offer to make a snack that I met on foreign food website (recipe I slightly changed), from the dough with bacon and cheese. In appearance, this appetizer reminded us of ants, and the original name of the recipe is translated "Bombs of small calibre with bacon". For the recipe thank the author Lana Snowman. The appetizer we really liked it.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Bacon

    180 g

Dough I, as usual, are kneaded using a bread machine, but you can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast, leave for 5 minutes.

Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, sifted flour.

Place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading dough (or dough with rasstoyki).

Give the dough to increase in volume by 2-3 times.

Divide the dough into small pieces (I divided into pieces weighing 22 grams), cover them with foil so the dough sets.

Cut cheese into small wedges.

Take a piece of dough, roll into small circle and put it in the middle of a block of cheese.

Connect the circle (as in making dumplings), well samipya them out, rounding the edges.

Wrap the dough with cheese a slice of bacon, but not tight, secure the bacon with a toothpick.

In the same way is formed the remaining dough.

Fry the workpiece in hot oil. Lay out the snack on a paper towel to remove excess oil. The dough is airy! Bon appétit!
