Currant sauce with cognac
Berry sauces for grilled dishes is the elite! Come to them immediately. 10 years ago these sauces I didn't understand. But now I without them cannot live!

Ingredients

  • Black currants

    200 g

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

Cooking

Place currants in a saucepan, which will prepare the sauce, pour in the cognac

Add the sugar and put on the stove.

Boil on high heat for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and punch a blender until smooth

Add in the sauce the garlic and acute real Georgian adjika

Pour the teriyaki sauce Kikkoman

Bring the sauce to a boil, remove from heat and cool completely. Taste better if the sauce infused night in the fridge.

The sauce can be canned for this hot sauce pour into sterile banks and screw sterile boiled lids. Wrap to cool down without turning over. Stored up to 1 year.
