Salad
The recipe was born in the sign of the American-German friendship: the egg salad sandwich I added sausage! It turned out very helpful!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

Eggs to cook for about 5 minutes (slightly cooler than boiled). Rinse with cold water, peel and separate the whites from the yolks.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper and add the mashed yolks with a fork. Knead well. If sour, add a teaspoon of sugar. Add the chopped greens (dill, parsley, green onion seedling). And it is this yellowish sauce turns out!

Proteins, cucumbers and cooked sausage cut into small pieces. Add the sauce and knead. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
