Mayonnaise
Cooking
Slice the sausage and 1 pickled cucumber thin strips and spread on a large dish, grease with a little mayonnaise (or a mixture of sour cream and mustard)
Now make a layer of grated on a coarse grater carrots, lightly grease with mayonnaise (or a mixture of sour cream and mustard)
Finely chop the cabbage, cucumber and mix with corn and mayonnaise (or a mixture of sour cream and mustard)
Lay it all on the carrot layer
Top make a crown of lettuce and a barrel of carrots (I took a thin plate of carrots with a knife for cleaning of vegetables)... You a pleasant appetite! :)
