This recipe and cooking technique I came up with myself, specially for this competition)). It turns out very tender and juicy meat. This dish can be served on any festive table. Help yourself.


  • Beef

    2 kg

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    550 ml


All the spices and salt mix well.
Smear the meat with olive oil.
Mix spices and RUB well into the meat on all sides, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours in a cool place.
From foil to roll up tight balls and lay them on the bottom of the bowl multivarki. So that they cover the whole bottom. The bulbs needed, so the meat does not burnt.
Pour into a 3 Cup measuring Cup of water.
Meat wrap in foil.
Put balls of foil, close the lid.
To turn on the mode "Pastries" for 150 minutes, after 60 minutes pour another measuring Cup that comes with the slow cooker.

    ну и наконец , 2,5 часа по-моему многовато , мясо слишком сильно усыхает

    во - вторых , не совсем понятно зачем наливать воду , мы вроде готовим в режиме "выпечки" , а не "пар"

    Попробовал , не понравилось. Во-первых , слишком большой расход фольги на эти "шарики", а толку от них никакого поскольку само мясо и так завернуто в фольгу и пригореть не может, а вот сок который выделяется из мяса в процессе готовки прекрасно пригорает
