Salad
I love vinaigrettes with herring and beans, one of my friend suggested to me that any salad can be prepared with one appliance - the slow cooker! At first I didn't believe her, do You? Come on in, I'll prove to You that it is possible!!! The advantages of salad from the slow cooker: 1. a minimum of dirty dishes; 2. four products are prepared simultaneously, which saves time and reduces the consumption of electricity; 3. vegetables beets, potatoes and carrots steam, and what could be more useful vegetables steamed? ; 4. Very tasty!!! And prepare it in multivarka VITEK VT - 4200.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Green olives

  • Green onions

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beans ( I have red, I soak it in cold water in the evening) and place in a bowl of multivarka, pour in water about 1 litre.

Beets, carrots and potatoes clean and cut in small cubes.

Set in the bowl of the slow cooker container for double boiler, and spread the beets.

The next layer to lay out the carrots.

The last-top layer of potatoes.

Closes the slow cooker and set the mode "steaming" 30 minutes.

While cooked vegetables and beans, I cleaned and milled salted herring. After 30 minutes, remove the vegetables from the steamer ( carefully not to burn ) and put in a bowl.

Beans need more cooking, cook it on mode "steaming" 30 minutes, if the water after the first boiling, boiled off, then dilute it more.

After 30 minutes take out the beans from the slow cooker and let cool.

While the beans cooked I chopped, herring, cucumber, olives and green onions.

Mix all ingredients, season any aromatic vegetable oil and served to the table!!! Very tasty!!!
