Zucchini rolls with cheese filling
A delicious snack of young zucchini

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Cheese curd

    75 g

  • Dutch cheese

    40 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 handful

  • Mint

    1 handful

Zucchini cut into plates.

Fry on the grill on both sides. Transfer to a plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dry oregano. The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.

Prepare the filling: mix cottage cheese and grated cheese, add soy sauce and chopped mint.

To assemble rolls: on each slice of zucchini to put 1 tsp cheese filling and a slice of tomato, wrap in rolls. Chill in the fridge.
