Vitamin vegetable eggplant rolls
I love eggplant. This is one of the most beautiful vegetables. It is possible to do spawn, they can be stuffed, canned, bake, and much more. For me (and in principle, probably) the best eggplant combined with garlic, carrot, tomato and red bell pepper. But to do all the time so here's the salad, once, corny, I wanted to diversify a little bit, at least supply all of these ingredients)) That occurred to make such rolls.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

Slice the eggplant along the thin "sandals", season with salt and let stand for 30-40 minutes, went to the bitterness. Then rinse them under water and wipe with a towel.
