Ingredients

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard seeds

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

First, prepare the spices, they should be at hand. On a small saucer to put black peppercorns, grain mustard and smash the Bay leaves. Garlic RUB on a small grater.

In a pan melt the butter. For this recipe I used a butter TM "Ekomilk" Cream. It will give the tomatoes a nice creamy taste and aroma. As soon as the butter has melted, add sugar and stir until melted.

After boiling, pour in the balsamic vinegar, add 5 grains of black pepper, mustard seeds and Bay leaf. Stir and cook until the caramel will begin to thicken slightly.

Put in caramel tomatoes, salt. Stir gently and pour their sauce on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

At the end of cooking add the garlic, grated on a fine grater, mix well. Stir the tomatoes gently to wrinkle. To do this, take a strong variety, not overripe, small size. You can take a tight cherry tomatoes.
