Cucumbers in a spicy marinade
Summer... What a summer without cucumbers? I offer to cook spicy appetizer in Chinese cuisine (according to the website "Afisha - food") to the Piquancy attached to the use of sesame oil and the spiciness of the chilli.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

Cooking

Cucumbers wash, dry and clean, then cut into cubes.

Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Chile wash, dry, cut into rings (who doesn't love sharp before cutting remove the seeds) and add to the marinade

Prepared cucumbers pour the marinade. Let stand for 20-30 minutes.

Serve as a snack or side dish to beef. Bon appetit!
