Delicious pâté of lentils, flavored with bacon and fried onions. Depending on the number of peppers, you can make it sweet or very spicy. Cooked very easily, handle any beginner cook.

The amount of ingredients are approximate, you can deviate from the recommended. Cooking time excluding soaking of the lentils. Red lentils to sort, wash and cover with cold water for 1 hour. I have lentils and whole from the market, one that is sold by weight. If you have chipped and polished, then you should not soak.

Finely chop the onion cubes, garlic crushed. Fresh bacon very finely chopped, salt also can take it, but then the dish is not salt addition.
