Description

Eggplant in soy pomegranate sauce
Very simple but tasty snack, with a twist.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Pomegranate juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Syrup berry

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Walnut oil

    1 tsp

For this dish I used a steamer Zepter.

Eggplant wash, cut off ends, then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Fold the eggplant in a steamer Zepter.

Set a steamer on the pan Zepter, at that time you can prepare another dish, it is very convenient because saves both time and electricity.

Close the steamer lid, turn on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller reaches the green field, to switch to minimum heat and cook for 10 minutes.

While the eggplant are cooked, make the sauce: in a bowl, combine soy sauce, grenadine, pomegranate juice, walnut oil and chopped garlic.

Lay slices of eggplant to the sauce and mix gently. Cover the bowl with film and put in the refrigerator for at least 30-60 minutes, preferably overnight. During cooling, preferably several times to mix.
