Cooking
Take all the necessary products for cooking pancakes: flour, zucchini, salt, parsley, egg, vegetable oil.
Zucchini wash, clean. RUB on a coarse grater. Squeeze zucchini give a lot of fluid.
Add to the zucchini, egg, salt, chopped parsley, mix everything.
Add to the resulting mass of the sifted flour, knead the dough. It should be the consistency of a thick cream. The flour will be added later in the dough, as the zucchini will give the juice.
In a pan pour vegetable oil, spread our pancakes with a spoon. Fry until crispy brown on both sides.
