Eggplant cut into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and leave bitterness. Zucchini also cut into thin slices along. All the vegetables cook without oil - "Alla piastra". In deep dish put layers: eggplant, salt, dressed with a drop of olive. oil, finely chopped garlic. Then the zucchini, salt, oil, finely chopped garlic. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour (the longer you stand, the better). Bon appetit!
