Roasted kohlrabi with mushrooms
Mother-in-law was raised in the country kohlrabi, and this means that the time has come to translate another recipe from a Chinese cooking portal.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    5 g

  • Leeks

    10 g

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

The first thing to restore dried wood mushrooms. Soak the mushrooms in warm water (about 40 degrees) for 1 hour. Rinse in running water. Cover with cold water and refrigerate for a few hours (overnight). This is the correct way to repair dry mushrooms, but the Chinese often just keep an hour in warm water, rinsed and cooked immediately.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar and sugar

In a pan heat the oil. Fry the onions, ginger, and broken pieces of star anise.

Put in sauce pan kohlrabi and sauté a few minutes.

Add the sauce and cook for another few minutes.

In last turn put the mushrooms, stir and cook for another few minutes.

Serve warm.
