Cooking
Eggplant wash, dry and cut into strips, put them in a cold Zepter pot.
Ginger and garlic peel and finely chop. Chili pepper cut into circles. Put everything on the eggplant, add the soy sauce and lemon juice.
Cover the saucepan with a lid, Zepter, put it on medium heat and wait until the arrow of the controller reaches the middle of the green fields, and then reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes, not forgetting to follow the arrow, so it does not go beyond the green fields. Then remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
