Cottage cheese roulade with sweet pepper
A great snack on the festive table. Delicious, fast, spicy. The stuffing can be changed at will (fresh tomatoes, for example).

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Sweet pepper peel and cut into small cubes.

A clove of garlic, finely chop. To the cream cheese add chopped garlic, chopped dill, salt. Stir until smooth.

On plastic wrap spread out cottage cheese, in the middle of the valley lay the sliced peppers. Rolled into a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
