Description
A good Lenten dish. Hearty. The first time I made quince and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the dense structure of the quince fruit when baking it doesn't crack and remains tverden. Taste the filling, improves the ginger and quince gives the dish a light fragrance. To eat the filling with a bit of sugar quince, cutting off a piece. Great taste, unusual.

Cooking
To cook for meals basic products. Wash.
Cook the lentils according to the instructions.
The quinces cook until soft for 30 minutes.
To prepare other products. Raisins pour hot water for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the onion. Ginger to grind.
Fry the onions with ginger for 5 minutes. Add the chopped coriander.
Add the raisins, turmeric and fry for another 1 minute.
Boiled the quinces to cool, cut in half. With a sharp spoon carefully remove the pulp, leaving a wall thickness of 1 cm
Lentils mixed with fried onions, raisins, turmeric, cilantro and chopped pulp of the quince.
Stuff the quinces with the mixture. Put in a baking dish.
Place in oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
