Cooking
Chicken fillet and onion cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Pour 1st. L. soy sauce, add sliced thin strips of pepper. Fry on slow fire 5-7 minutes.
Cool chicken fillet with vegetables.
Mix eggs and chicken with vegetables.
Add the chopped carrots in Korean and mayonnaise. Stir, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on the plate. Bon appetit.
