Gazpacho with tiger shrimps
Very beautiful and interesting appetizer is perfect for spirits, particularly vodka. Represents something like a vegetable juice in a little glass and shrimp on a skewer. Surprise your guests with this interesting combination!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Shrimp

    3 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

Tomatoes for 1-2 minutes to put in boiling water, then in cold water. So peel them easily removable.

Peppers bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until charring, then place in the bag. Leave for 10 minutes. Thus, the skin is also easily removable.

In the bowl of a blender combine chopped tomatoes, peppers (all without skin), garlic (optional) and paprika.

Add the soy sauce. I use naturally brewed soy sauce TM Cccamp. Blend it with a blender. If necessary, add water (we should get the consistency of juice).

Shots or shots in which you serve a snack, dip first in water, then salt, to form a white border around the edge.

Pour tomato-pepper mass.

The shrimp I had already cooked, so I simply poured boiling water. Pinned on skewers and put on top.
