Stuffed nori
For fans of "sharp little" in a hurry to offer an appetizer that our family called stuffed cabbage. Such "stuffed" you can indulge yourself in everyday life and serve on a festive table. They had a great variety to the menu during Lent and is a wonderful complement menu for vegetarians. Help yourself to health!

Ingredients

  • Okara

Carrots, daikon, ginger root, onion, cucumbers and garlic wash, peel, wash again and dry. Cucumbers I got home last harvest, the skin was yellowed, so I had to clean it too.

Fuju need to pre-cook according to the instructions, preferably overnight. The finished product is pressed and cut into strips to form noodles. In the ingredients I point out to Okara because fuju in the ingredients is missing, but you can use Okara, but also needs to be soaked. The taste will be different, but also delicious. We like both options.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, rinse with cold water, add 1 tbsp soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" and 3 tbsp of white wine vinegar. Mix thoroughly and leave for an hour to marinate. If the marinade does not cover the onions completely, it must be periodically stirred.

Ginger root cut into small cubes and fry in a dry pan until Golden color.

Pickled onions along with the marinade and add to the carrots and daikon. Add roasted ginger root, center, ground coriander, nutmeg and sweet paprika, sugar and crushed garlic. Vegetable oil (3 tbsp) preheat a frying pan and sprinkle spices and garlic.

Vegetables mix thoroughly. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" and again mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for a few hours, stirring occasionally.

While the marinated vegetables on a dry pan fry the fuju. Better in several approaches to roasted everything "lapshinka".

Cut into strips cucumbers with a length of 5-6 cm.

Nori cut in half across the width of the sheet. Grease the smooth side of each leaf with marinade from vegetables or soy sauce "Kikkoman". Spread the filling: pickled vegetables, fuju, cucumber.
