Eggplants with tomatoes and olives
Very fragrant, rich in taste appetizer in Mediterranean style. We will be cooking in Zepter cookware. With its help it is very easy to prepare healthy meals. Vegetables wash, peel, cut into cubes (tomato, garlic, onion and eggplant). I recommend the eggplant for a while to fill with water, to remove bitterness, and then a good squeeze.
