Italian cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms and tomatoes
Cannelloni is a short tube of large diameter. They are filled with a variety of fillings and eaten, accompanied by delicious sauces.

Ingredients

  • Cannelloni

    16 piece

  • Tomato

    600 g

  • Adyghe cheese

    350 g

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Basil

To prepare the filling, I took vegetable oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive.

Mushrooms wash out and cut a little obliquely neat slices. Spread into the pan and fry.

Blanchere tomatoes, remove the peel and mode small cubes. Finely chop the garlic.

In another pan separately from the mushrooms in vegetable oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oil fry the tomatoes and garlic.

For garlic - tomato mass, add the fried mushrooms and simmer under lid for 5 minutes.

Then add the soft cheese, spices, and salt to taste, cook for another 5 minutes.

Give the stuffing to cool slightly, then divide it into two portions. One part fill cannelloni.

The other part, divide into two parts ( this will we need to put the bottom of the baking dish and the rest of the filling to spread on top of cannelloni).

On top of the filling, place the stuffed cannelloni and cover them with the remaining filling. Pour in the cream. Posypem top with layer of grated cheese. Put in the oven to bake at temperature 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
