Stuffed pumpkin
Want to offer you a recipe for stuffed pumpkin. The dish is so tasty that to keep the recipe a secret is simply impossible. Recipe from the world-famous British chef Jamie Oliver, which I found on the Internet. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1000 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    40 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin cut lengthwise.

Remove from pumpkin pulp, which is put aside, it will be needed later.

In hot water soak mushrooms for 10 minutes. (Water after soaking the mushrooms don't pour, we'll need it.)

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oils.

Now finely chop the onion and shred the mushrooms. All spread on a pan, add chopped pumpkin pulp, tomato paste, rosemary. Cook this mixture for 7 minutes.

Then pour into the pan 0.5 cups of water, which soaked mushrooms, add the rice and salt. The whole mass is well stirred.

Prepared mixture fill half of the pumpkin.

Filled the halves of the pumpkin tightly wrap with foil and put in a preheated 230 degree oven for one hour. Then the pumpkin get deployed, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve.
