Rinse the chickpeas and cover with water overnight. In the morning wash again and fill with cold water. Boil in double amount of water.
Chicken cut the breast along the cartilage, spread in a baking dish and season it with 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste. In a deep bowl, mix the boiled chickpeas, chopped in wedges tomatoes, cilantro, add spices, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix well.
