Rolls
I present to you several options for making pate from the beans. To finish the process at any step - you still get a delicious and nutritious treat. And if it take the form of rolls, it will outwardly look very appetizing.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pita

    1 pack

Nuts grind. Kidney beans blend with a blender. To connect both components, to add pounded garlic.

Season with olive oil and juice of half a lemon. Add the finely chopped herbs, coriander, salt and pepper to taste.

The basic version of the pâté of beans is ready!

Cut onion finely and sauté in olive oil. Add the pate and punching all together in a blender. This is the second option.

Fry the grated carrots. Mix a paste using a blender. This is the third option.

Mushrooms fry, grind in a blender, add in the pate. This is the fourth option. With every step the taste of the pate is enriched and becomes sweeter, but the texture is more tender and lush.

To serve the pate in the bowl or spread on crackers.

And you can distribute on a sheet of lavash, roll into a tight roll. After cooling, cut into pieces.

P. S. the recipe used beans "kidney" TM "Mistral", which you should cook according to package instructions and cool. You can boil in a pressure cooker - it will take 40 minutes.
