Eggplant, cleaned and cut thinly. The egg mix in a bowl with salt. Then dip the eggplant in the flour, then in egg and fry on a slow fire. Cut tomatoes into slightly large pieces, and bell pepper, garlic and dill to cut smaller. Sprinkle with salt, put on the edge of the eggplant and wrap.
