I recently posted a recipe appetizers "Beet tree". Today I want to offer you another option of elegant appetizers "Eggplant tree". The cooking principle is the same. You'll be filling the main ingredient. Such "Christmas Trees" can be a great option Christmas snacks. If you cook both kinds of "Trees" and serve them on a platter, you get "Christmas tree" variety.

Prepare all the products. If tilapia fillet frozen - thawed.
My eggplant, remove the stem. Cut slices of 5 mm thickness. One medium eggplant is enough for 2 "Christmas trees".

Then dry the slices of eggplant with a paper towel. Fry them on the grill until it sticks (the surface of the grill I greased with vegetable oil). Remove from grill and set aside.
Crispy pickled cucumbers, finely cut.
Tilapia fillet fried on grill until done (5-7 minutes). You can just fry in a pan or bake in the oven. Boil not suggest, get a taste of the other. Prepared fish fillet was crushed.
