Appetizer of vegetable balls stuffed with turns bright, the autumn, when carrots and beets are still juicy and sweet! Soy sauce replaces salt. I saw this snack, I decided to try and now I really want to share with the cooks!

Cooking
Needed basic products.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
RUB on a small grater carrots, egg yolks, beets, proteins - large.
To the beets add the garlic, squeezed through chesnokodavilku.
Mix the beets with egg yolk and cheese (half of the total mass), add soy sauce to taste mayonnaise (a little).
Carrot mixed with a protein and cheese (the remaining half), add the soy sauce and also mayonnaise. Formed into balls the size of slightly larger than a walnut.
Stuffing balls can choose to taste, I got a carrot ball walnut, for beet - raisin, can I have some preserves of herring or other fish.
On the balls, you can add a DAB of mayonnaise and greens.
