Corn caviar
Love a variety of vegetables stewing. In corn season, the usual boiled corn has become boring... so I had to think "unusual" corn:))) I Hope this recipe anyone will like. Bon appetite!:)) *I apologize in advance for poor quality photos. Impromptu. Because it was not possible to do food art:))

Ingredients

  • Corn

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Celery leaf

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    4 slice

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Broth

    250 ml

1. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. - Onions - 2 medium head. *I cut up small cubes

Now the whole mixture is already not passiruete and stew:))) *I got an old corn - was extinguished about 30 minutes. If you are using canned - make allowances for the time (think 10 minutes will be enough)

5. Next pour the herbs in the immature "eggs". - Pour 250 - 350 ml of warm broth. - Salt, pepper and season with spices to taste. * You can mount a mess of 1 clove of garlic - optional.

6. Stir. Cover with a lid and leave to Mature: pociatocna Boiled the corn for about 30 minutes - 40. Canned - for 10 minutes - 15.

Feeding - beautiful! :)) *I decorated 2 balls of cream, a branch of parsley and slices of smoked meat. Bon appetite!:))
