What better to complement a barbecue or grilled meat? Of course vegetables, fresh or baked. I want to show a very simple version of cooking eggplant on the grill. Fast and affordable. Due to the dill sauce and the vegetable are juicy and spicy. It is also possible in a couple of eggplant take the zucchini and dill add the cilantro or parsley.

Cooking
Eggplant cut into slices, a little salt. The grill grease. Spread eggplant.
Fry until soft over medium heat, turning several times.
Dill and garlic finely chop.
Fill with oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Thickly spread dill sauce on the eggplant. Tasty, both cold and hot.
