Vegetable appetizer in Korean

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Daikon

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

For preparing starters vegetables (carrots, daikon, cucumber) wash, peel. Cut (three) very thin circles or shredded on a grater Berner or a grater for carrots in Korean. I decided to use a newly-purchased device for cutting a spiral.

Prepare the dressing. Mix sunflower oil "Oleyna", vinegar, salt, peppers, coriander and chopped garlic.

Fill the vegetables with the dressing, gently mix, and put into the fridge to marinate at least 8 hours.

Ready snack when serving sprinkle with green onion. Bon appetit!
