Potato chips
Chips are a favorite treat in children. I made them for adults. Spicy and garlic taste. We do not buy store-bought, but home cooked chips we all love. Chips brighten up the table during lent.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

Cooking

Cleaned potatoes.

Cut thin rings and washed well in cold water to remove starch.

In a pan put oil and brought to boil. In oil put two cloves of garlic, poured 0,5 tsp salt and pepper.

1/4 of the potatoes and poured in boiling oil. As soon as chips are flushed, pulled from the oil with a slotted spoon. Potatoes laid in the oil 4 times. Each time I added 2 cloves of garlic. After the second time put 0.5 tsp of salt.

Two portions of chips made ruddy. Two servings more crispy. This included the oil over high heat. Crispy chips crispy.

The chips are delicious all by themselves. But you can eat them with vegetables, herbs or meat if you do not observe lent.
