Cooking
Zucchini cut lengthwise,
a little spoon to choose the middle.
The flesh of the zucchini and finely chop.
Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan,
pour the finely chopped onion half rings, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and cook on low heat until soft and translucent.
Add to the pan flesh of the zucchini,
diced sweet pepper and chilli and stir, continue to fry another minute or two.
Stir in half the nuts and all the raisins, remove from heat.
A small spoon lay the mixture over the zucchini,
on top add the grated cheese and place the squash on a baking sheet. Bake the zucchini in a preheated 200*C oven for 20 minutes until Golden brown.
The finished zucchini sprinkle with the remaining nuts and the chopped parsley. Serve the zucchini as a separate dish or as a side dish to baked in foil fish. Bon appetit!
